We had a great time staying here with friends! It's super close to the train station, making it easy for us to explore the area. We visited the shops nearby and enjoyed brunch at a cute spot just around the corner. The sky lounge was perfect for drinks before our night out. Don't miss out on the warm cookies at check-in!
One downside was the lack of a vending machine. After a night out, we were really craving a drink but had to go without.

missingWrote a review on Dec 28scenic viewsmodern amenitiesloud drilling
Rooms feature modern amenities like mini fridges, wine glasses, and large TVs. The canal location offers scenic views, perfect for a relaxing atmosphere.
Noise from early morning drilling disrupted the peace, even at late hours. The tight layout of a deluxe queen room didn’t match expectations, lacking a bathtub and featuring a standard double bed instead. The Sky Lounge had an overly loud nightclub vibe, making conversation nearly impossible, not to mention the drinks came at inflated prices. While there were some bars nearby with atmosphere, this hotel fell short of the enjoyable experience anticipated.

Pleasant Stay with Impressively Good Views
Our stay included a delightful evening at the skylounge, featuring breathtaking city views and exceptional service from Lewis. The room offered a nice canal view but felt slightly cramped due to limited amenities.

missingWrote a review on Nov 28sky loungecity viewspayment issues
Fantastic views from the Sky Lounge captured the city in all its glory, making it the perfect spot for evening drinks. The hotel's location is spot on, just a stone's throw from popular bars and eateries, ideal for post-exploration relaxation.
Had some quirky experiences. the payment system took more out of my account than expected, leaving me waiting up to 10 days for a refund. Noise from the bar below rattled the peace in my room at night—specifically, if you end up on the lower floors, keep your ear to the ground about which room you're getting. Lastly, while the breakfast offered plenty of options, multiple guests indicated things like cold eggs and an unavailability of basic items need a serious shake-up to meet expectations.

The superior king room was stunning and spacious, featuring a large TV and a clean en suite. The rooftop lounge offered an amazing vibe, and the food was delightful, especially the aged USDA prime steaks. Staff were polite and accommodating throughout my stay. the lack of a designated parking space was a minor inconvenience, and noise from the nearby street could be heard at times. an enjoyable experience worth repeating in the future.

Awesome stay for a birthday
Had a lovely time! The room was super nice, newly done up and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and even surprised us with warm cookies at check-in! Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from, but the window didn't open much. Still, the aircon worked great! Highly recommend it.

The rooftop bar had excellent views and cocktails. I enjoyed spending time there during our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, which was appealing to us as we like to discover new places together.
We faced issues with the room when we arrived. The chair was in poor condition and there were cleanliness problems in the bathroom. I reported this at checkout, but the response was not what I expected.
